This teenager, named Lorenzo, apparently went from ectomorph status to mesomorph king over the course of a year.

Either puberty kicked in at the right time, or he juiced… or perhaps a little of both.

Make no mistake though, because nobody on this site would condemn him if he DID use steroids to grow this big… because appreciating muscle (in all its forms) is what GymJox is all about.
