Bodybuilding beefcake Joseph Ajdarodini poses down in his contest bikini while his buddy films him in the gym locker room.
For two days out from a bodybuilding contest, Joseph could probably stand to lose a little bit more water.
Hopefully he was able to cut up in time to show off his huge pecs and quad muscles.
