  1. That guy is using terrible form. At the top of each rep, his back should be perpendicular to the floor, or a little past. The way he is doing it, he is mostly working biceps.

    And what a chintzy machine! I can remember when a Gold’s would have allowed something that crummy through the door. How times have changed.
