College Gym Jock Arrested During Airport Strip Search… Revealing 4th Amendment Written On His Pecs & Abs
Aaron Tobey, an athletic gym-defined college student, was arrested after he was forced to undergo a search and pat-down in the Richmond, VA Airport.
Why was he arrested? Was he hiding something illegal? Nope. Not quite.
Instead, he decided to make their jobs a little easier by stripping down himself. And when he stripped down, he displayed the fourth amendment written across his chest, which outlaws “unreasonable searches and seizures.”
Security immediately called airport police to come and handcuff Aaron, no questions asked.
Later, the charge of disorderly conduct was dropped. That is, later on after the TSA realized he was suing them for $250,000!
According to Tobey’s complaint:
[The] overbearing, heavy-handed and unfounded actions of security personnel violated free-speech and other constitutional rights.
We have to hand it to Aaron Tobey, A+ for cleverness (and cuteness)! We all want to be safe when we fly, but the procedures in place are getting a little out of hand don’t you think?
Flying is a privilege, not a right, we totally get that. What we don’t get is how the government keeps inching further and further toward complete insanity. It’s becoming more and more clear what Benjamin Franklin meant when he said, “those willing to give up freedom for security deserve neither and will lose both.”
