HOLY TRICEPS!!!! Joe Mackey is definitely nearing a pro-level physique.

The only thing that he could possibly be critiqued on are the wheels, which aren’t bad by any means but the hams overpower the quads just a bit (For example, it would be great if he could build a little more outer sweep).

Good stuff otherwise though… and a damn fine specimen of big bad muscle!
