you know guys, I do this simply for fun. Scoot, how is it that your glutes and adductor magnus are so developed when you don’t do still leg or romanian deadlifts? I seen some videos of your bent over and your adductor magnus flares up and really shows!
Jocks, adductor magnus is the inner thight muscles, that when pro bodybuilders bend over, looks like a hockey puck coming out between their legs. It is one of the hottest muscles on the body, and only prominent on bodybuilders when they bend over.
Hence, the reason Scott is getting all these requests, because he has one of the most developed adductor magnus on the internet. It is a secret muscle, that only pro bodybuilder have and it can only been seen when they bend over, and viewed from behing.
It really flares up during deadlifts, stiff and romanian and doing laying leg curls. Wish Scott would do more of those!
