We’ve featured this muscle worship hunk in the past… His name is Ricardo Delgado.

Here is a brief tribute clip featuring a collage of amateur photos and video clips.

Ricardo Delgado of Mexico City was the ‘02 MM World Junior Champ and since has been a Top 5 Finalist at the ‘04 MM Superbody and ‘05 MM Latino.

At 5′11″, 200 lbs., he is a symmetrical illusion on stage and has one of the best set of abs in the sport. Ricardo’s father also was a competitive bodybuilder and got him started lifting weights as a teenager. They work together as mechanics at the family’s auto repair shop in Mexico City.

His nutrition and workout regimen must be perfectly well-rounded for him to achieve bodybuilding results like this.
