Healthy Muscle Breakfast Recipe: Salmon Patties

This is a modified version of Arnold’s “Muscle Burger” (In this recipe, the ground beef from Arnold’s recipe has been replaced with salmon).

Ingredients:
* 16 Wheat Thins, ground
* 3 egg whites
* 1 can salmon

You can substitute whole rolled oats for Wheat Thins if you’re worried about salt intake.

And if your cholesterol is kosher, then you can use two whole eggs instead of three egg whites.

This meal is more healthy than it is delicious, but it seems like a great way to get your morning protein boost.

Makes two large patties.
