This chicken breast & veggies recipe is so tasty!

Having developed a newfound love of creating nutritional meals that fit into my own bodybuilding plan, I found this recipe on YouTube and am compelled to share it with you all.

Not only is it great for cutting and trying to lean up, but you can also easily modify it to add bulk in the event that you’re trying to add muscle size to your body-in-progress.

Additionally, this meal is quite economical as well, costing only around $2.70 US dollars to prepare! Can’t get any better than that, can it?!

And really, you only need about 4 ingredients to prepare it…. chicken breast filets, peppers, broccoli, and a little bit of olive oil.
