Whenever we come across most bodybuilders, we usually prepare ourselves with the understanding that many of them start to look like crypt keepers in their old age.

All that wear and tear on their bodies seriously causes faster aging issues.

But with Darin, we’re simply not too worried about it…. He’ll keep his looks well into his fifties!

Before roid-rat Gregg Valentino juiced up his sickly looking biceps with synthol (a highly controversial and unsafe steroid), he was an all-natural bodybuilder like many of you folks out there.

Gregg Valentino (born August 5, 1960 in Bronx, New York) is thought to have the largest arms in the world.

As a young man, Valentino was an active all-natural bodybuilder, but was never satisfied with his size. As a result, he quickly turned to substances such as testosterone, Boldenone (an anabolic steroid) and occasionally enanthate to enhance his muscle mass.

The following clip is a tribute to Gregg’s days as an all-natural non-steroid user.

We’ve featured this muscle worship hunk in the past… His name is Ricardo Delgado.

Here is a brief tribute clip featuring a collage of amateur photos and video clips.

Ricardo Delgado of Mexico City was the ‘02 MM World Junior Champ and since has been a Top 5 Finalist at the ‘04 MM Superbody and ‘05 MM Latino.

At 5′11″, 200 lbs., he is a symmetrical illusion on stage and has one of the best set of abs in the sport. Ricardo’s father also was a competitive bodybuilder and got him started lifting weights as a teenager. They work together as mechanics at the family’s auto repair shop in Mexico City.

His nutrition and workout regimen must be perfectly well-rounded for him to achieve bodybuilding results like this.
