Hey everyone, so we didn’t write a ton of posts yesterday because we were busy troubleshooting our new DISCUSSION FORUM section which will officially launch tomorrow night!

Electricity can be fun…but it doesn’t replace a hard workout.

If you’re gonna work legs, please don’t do what this guy is doing.

First of all, the exercise itself is not very safe even if he is using the Smith machine. Just imagine if the weight slipped off the soles of his sneakers… OUCH!

Lastly, if you’re gonna do leg presses make sure to bend your knees all the way to at least a decent 90 degree right-angle… go down all the way!

Due to so many red flags, we officially classify this muscle head as a total fucktard.

You better not! That show sucks! Lauren Conrad and Heidi Montag are total fucking idiots who take themselves way too seriously and think way too highly of themselves.

What’s even more funny, is that people who think so highly of themselves will often accuse others of being cocky and conceited.

In reality, people like that are the true projects who need to do some soul searching and get over the smell of their own shit.
