Born on July 9, 1983, this Hayward-born hottie was working as a UPS driver and studyin’ in junior college before getting into modeling and acting.

He was also doing theatre and acted in some plays.

At the tender age of 17, Ray realized he was kind of skinny and started weightlifting in order to ‘fill out’.

Tyler Southwick, a 21-year-old American personal trainer, is a big muscle man phenomenon in his own right.

Everywhere - in his garage, in the house, in the park - he does endless sets of pullups, pushups, and situps.

Sean Lamont, born January 15, 1981 in Perth, Scotland, is a Scottish rugby union player who plays on the wing for the “Northampton Saints” and national rugby team for Scotland.

Lamont made his professional debut in 2000 playing for “Rotherham” and was the club’s under-21 captain at the time. In the summer of 2003, he left Rotherham and joined Glasgow Rugby, where he went on to have a very successful first season and cemented himself as fans’ favourite at Hughenden.

Lamont earned his first cap for Scotland against Manu Samoa on their tour in the summer of 2004. Then in the summer of 2005, he joined the Northampton Saints from Glasgow where he broke many records. His explosive, powerful running and muscle size are his most deadly assets.

We often talk about how many bodybuilders and muscle worship models often have aliases that they go by in order to maintain discretion about their ’side work’.

Bodybuilders can make shitloads of money in the off-season by doing risqué muscle modeling work like this.
