When this interview was conducted last Summer, muscular gym jock Joey Gloor was only 23 years old!!!!
To have a body that looks as impressive as this either means he has great family genetics, or has been working out like a dog since junior high school.
In this clip, Joey shares his bodybuilding goals and then strikes a few poses…. can anyone say vogue? Strike a pose?
According to this interview featuring his friends and family, WWE pro wrestler/actor John Cena played football and was heavy into bodybuilding during his college years.
He was actually on his way towards becoming a top bodybuilder until WWE called.
Even though the Italian creator of this video went subtitle crazy… this is still a really good interview conducted by Ruth Silverman from IronMan Magazine.
Middleweight muscle man Jeff trains 4-5 days a week and never does cardio! He states his diet is so spot on that he doesn’t need cardio, especially since his current goal is to add some thickness to his lean, cut muscle definition.
He also keeps a dieting journal and maintains it everyday.
Eventually Jeff loses his clothes and does some posing in a skimpy gray mens thong.
Clearly, Ruth (the interviewer) is a middle-aged cougar on the prowl… stalk your prey, sweetheart!
The “Barely Legal Freak” Trey Brewer, weighing in at over 300 pounds, raps with Dave Palumbo and the Muscle Mob at the 2007 Mr. Olympia Bodybuilding Contest.
For those of you who think this guy is on gear, don’t count your chickens just yet!
First, Trey probably hasn’t started using gear yet. The thing is… the muscle jocks at the elite levels are genetic freaks to begin with and it’s not like Trey is one of those typical hard gainers at your neighborhood Gold’s gym just trying to put on an extra 20lbs.
He is simply a freak of muscle, and has been since his teens. But we have no doubt he’ll start using steroids soon once he qualifies for his pro card.
