Hailing from sunny Jacksonville, Florida, 27-year-old blond bombshell Tiffany Selby first gained fame by “becoming” Miss September, as was announced in the August 2006 issue of Playboy.

But when the September issue came out, she’d been replaced with Janine Habeck for no apparent reason.
