Even though the Italian creator of this video went subtitle crazy… this is still a really good interview conducted by Ruth Silverman from IronMan Magazine.
Middleweight muscle man Jeff trains 4-5 days a week and never does cardio! He states his diet is so spot on that he doesn’t need cardio, especially since his current goal is to add some thickness to his lean, cut muscle definition.
He also keeps a dieting journal and maintains it everyday.
Eventually Jeff loses his clothes and does some posing in a skimpy gray mens thong.
Clearly, Ruth (the interviewer) is a middle-aged cougar on the prowl… stalk your prey, sweetheart!
