To every1 that has answer befroe me he is underweight!!! he needs to gain weight not lose it.Um..i haven’t had that problem but i workout 4-5 times a week for about an hour..try buying powdered protein..whey protein is probably the best u can get. i would also buy some creatinewith creatine u have to drink a lot of water close to 1/2 gallon a daybuying the protein and creatine will give u more body massprotein fuels the muscles and creatine stores water in ur muscles and gives them more energy, kinda like a mini steroid but is legal and has no long term injuries if u do it rite(drink a lot of water or they turn into kidney stones)hope i helped
