Before some of you get all riled up and starting claiming he only could have done this by using steroids, it would be important for you to understand that this muscle boy had just recovered from pneumonia prior to starting his new workout regimen.
That means he was probably a little underweight to begin with.
But either way, nice progress, eh?
And no, there is nothing bad about using steroids either. So don’t get it twisted. But it’s always so nice to see before & after photos that inspire us all to get our asses in the gym and lift our way to achieving big muscle perfection.

This muscle boy gained 18 pounds of muscle in only 6 weeks!!!!
And he claims to have done it naturally…. ahem…. ok.
Apparently after dropping 35 pounds in preparation for his first Thai match (which ultimately got cancelled), this muscle boy decided to bulk up naturally… with no anabolic steroids.
We’re not sure if we believe him… but if he was able to drop that much weight to prepare for his martial arts match, it is possible he was able to gain it right back.
The video below documents his six week bulking progress and results… which ultimately display a little too much fat gain and water retention… but the results overall are pretty good for such a short cycle.
