Amateur bodybuilder Alan Shaft shared this video with us featuring his funny pose-down routine from a recent bodybuilding show he competed in.
We just LOVE that poofy afro wig…. but his body could use some leg & calf work though.
Looks like a great bodybuilding beginning for a new muscle rat just getting his feet wet in the competitive muscle scene.
