Novice Bodybuilding Competition Symmetry Round

This is the symmerty round from the novice division at the 2007 Bluffs Classic held in Omaha, Nebraska this past fall. Thought we’d post this to give all the novices out there an idea of how the symmetry part of pro bodybuilding competitions usually work.

 

Towel Workout

All you need is a hardwood floor, two towels, and the willpower to get off your ass and work out. Follow along with Ford Model/Personal Trainer Bryan Winston as he demonstrates this exercise routine. Great for men or women!

 

Off-Season Chicken & Brown Rice Recipe

Pretty easy and quick, although if you’re gonna do this and are in a hurry, save yourself some time with the brown rice part and just use the quick 10-minute stuff you can find at your grocery store instead. Bon apetit!
